| A: Yes, Telstra and Optus mobiles work reasonably well from the cottages |

Activities |
| Q: What is there to do on the property? |
| A: Bushwalking, cycling (bicycles available for hire in Warburton), bird watching, relaxing. [Attractions] |

| Q: What major attractions are nearby? |
| A: Puffing Billy Steam Railway, Healesville Sanctuary, National Rhododendron Gardens are close by and the Penguins at Philip Island are just over an hour's drive away. Of course there are lots of wineries and winery/restaurants within easy reach |

| Q: What Else is there to do? |
A: For adults there are balloon rides, lots of bushwalks and scenic places to visit, a number of famous gardens including William Rickets Sanctuary. Craft shops, tea rooms and art galleries abound and the Yarra Valley Food Trail is a real fun day out.
For families add Trout and Yabby Farms (catch your own), Healesville Maze, Bimbimbie Native Fauna Park and the best adventure playground you've ever seen is nearing completion right in Gembrook.
If you're into cycling then a short car ride away is one of the best cycle tracks in Melbourne. It follows the Yarra River all the way to Warburton and is highly recommended. |

| A: Plenty, we regularly see wombats, possums, wallabies, echidnas, lyrebirds and the occasional goanna plus an amazing variety of birdlife. |
